1. What is EPC Projects?

2. Is sign-up really free?
Yes, signups are really free. There are no catches


3. Who can sign-up?
Greenfield / Brownfield Project Owners, Service Providers, Government Institutions, Builders, Developers, Freelance Consultants, Individuals, Engineers can sign up


4. But I do not want once again give a new user name & password. Do I have any options here?
You can sign-in with your face book / linked-in account


5. There are several tender portals already, how are you different?
Our portal is exclusively for EPC Consultants fraternity


6. Who can use the 'post your requirement’ feature?
All Signed-in users can use Post your Requirement feature.


7. What type of requirement can I post on the Post Your Requirement feature?
You can post requirements like Consultants, Resource, Project Land, funding, Bidding Partners, Investors etc.


8. Can I post the requirement for an IT project?
There has been a request to extend the domain for IT projects also. However, we are focussing only on EPC projects at present. We request you to bear with us.


9. Do you charge a fee for posting and how long will the posting displayed?
There is no fee for posting the requirements and will be displayed for 15 days.


10. Will we get an alert if someone responds to our posting?
Yes. Connect2projects would physically keep you informed on the responses received. However, in future automatic alert feature will be introduced


11. Do we have a free look period, once we subscribe to membership plan?
We had provided a free look period from October 30th 2012 to September 2013 without any subscription. After this we have introduced our subscription plans that are very nominally priced and includes 21 days trial pack @ Rs. 500/-, half yearly plan @Rs. 3250/- and annual plan @ Rs.6000/-. We are getting encouraging response for our annual and monthly subscription.


12. What payment options do I have?
You can make the payment thru’ online credit / debit card, bank transfer or cheque


13. How are we intimated about the realisation of the bank?
You will get an automatically generated online receipt for all the online payments. For Bank Transfer & Cheque payments, Connect2Projects will send a hard copy of the receipt.


14. Do you have a refund policy for unused period of membership plan, if I want to exit before the expiry of subscription?
No. There is no refund for any reason for what to so ever, once the subscription is paid


15. If there are more than one user in our company, how do we use your website?
The Company/authorised person will be responsible for sharing the website log-in credentials such as user Id and password to the other users in the Company. However, only one person is authorised to login at a time.


16. Do you have a discount for multi user subscription?
No, there is no discount for multi user subscription. As you will see the subscription rates are nominal.


17. How can consultant outside India subscribe?
We are charging a very nominal price of USD $100 as annual subscription for the Consultants / Firms outside India. However, they do not have the facility of buying trial pack or half yeraly subscriptions. They can subscribe online thru’ debit / credit card


18. Have you covered all the disciplines of consultants?
We have covered the important ones. However, you must understand that this is an on-going process that we shall be adding to the disciplines on an on-going basis in the appropriate categories


19. If my consultancy discipline is not covered in your listing of consultants, how should I register?
You may add those disciplines that are not covered in our list in the box provided as 'specify others’ while creating your profile. Connect2Projects will examine and add it to the existing list if that is found appropriate.


20. Can you help us shortlist a few consultants from your listing?
You will have to provide us your complete consultant Pre-Qualification criteria, using this we shall make a shortlist of eligible consultants to you


21. Will I get email alerts for my discipline?
All the registered customers are entitled to receive email alerts for their disciplines


22. Do you have facility for sending SMS alerts?
Yes, we do provide this value-added service to our subscribers who have chosen this service


23. Does your website cover all tenders related to EPC such as goods/ works and services?
Connect2projects will cover only 'services’ related tenders. It does not cover goods or works related tenders?


24. Suppose, I want to find a consultant for a particular location, discipline and sector – How do I search?
Our Consultant listing has been designed to be user-friendly, you can search consultants very quickly by filtering location, discipline and sector wise.


25. How to contact you?
You can contact us by email or phone us thru’ our landline number that has been provided on our website.


26. Do we get any discounts for registering from your website for any training / workshops programmes for any events?
At present we do not have any such arrangement with event sponsors. However, we are working at it.
